Fitness classes and martial arts activities are held three times a week at the Centre under the expert tutelage of Lucas our black belt Karate teacher

Lucas is also a practiced mentor to young people. The classes are followed up with talks and group sessions discussing character formation, life direction, managing drug addiction and life skills.

Some of the boys have left the street directly due to this, even in these tough times. One has started training with a mechanic, others are reducing drug intake and general fitness both mental and physical is improving.
