Dance is a creative art form understood with love and enthusiasm by every Kenyan child. African people have, natural rhythm in their blood which pulses in energy which cannot be contained. The children practice and leap with joy to music of their choice, usually with a strong African beat, sending spirits soaring. Not all are gifted in drawing so dance is an added outlet and art form and gives them hope.

Each week a trained dance teacher leads a group of dancers at the centre. This consists of street and school/sponsored children.  The children learn moves and the music lets them unwind and enjoy themselves. Several quite professional dancers are emerging.  This is a revolving group with a few core members who are the serious dancers, perhaps headed to a career in professional dancing.  They also have dancing with another dancer from Sarakasi and this is a very happy activity.
